Kaley Cuoco Reveals She’s Embraced Postpartum Treadmill Workouts: ‘Amazing for Your Butt and Legs’.
On March 30, the actress and her partner, Tom Pelphrey, welcomed their daughter Matilda.
Kaley Cuoco is enjoying her road toward postpartum fitness.
The 37-year-old actress revealed to TODAY.com earlier this week that ever since she and her partner, Tom Pelphrey, welcomed their daughter, Matilda, in March, she has been a huge fan of treadmill exercises.
“Your circulation and muscles will thank you for raising the incline. In addition, I’ll walk backward, which is fantastic for your legs and butt. It works pretty much everywhere,” she said to the publication.

Cuoco does backward walking workouts and 10-minute forward-facing HIIT (high-intensity interval training) routines throughout her roughly 25-minute treadmill sessions. Her routine, she said on the website, is “important for my body and my heart.”
“Moreover, you never look back after working out and regret what you did. even though it was a little more low-key and not the workout you had in mind,” she told TODAY.com. “Getting a good sweat sets the whole tone for the day.”
The Big Bang Theory alumnus Cuoco and Pelphrey, 41, said to the source that they like working out alone. They do not, however, regularly work out together.

In May 2022, the actor made his public debut alongside Cuoco by sharing Polaroid pictures of the two on Instagram along with a long, emotional comment. They announced they were expecting their first child together a month later, and in September of that year, they made their red carpet debut at the 2022 Emmy Awards.
Furthermore, Pelphrey exclusively revealed to PEOPLE in May of this year that becoming a first-time father is “the most beautiful thing ever.”

“After just two days with a baby in the house, I think about parents who are parenting their children alone, and I don’t even know how they do it. For that reason, I’m really thankful to have a partner who I love to spend time with. “I have a whole new level of respect for single parents,” he declared.
The two have updated Matilda’s Instagram followers on her milestones ever since she was born. One of her most recent uploads featured pictures from her first Halloween costume experiment.
On her Instagram account, Cuoco posted sweet pictures of Matilda with the message, “???? Halloween first-timers????1) Tildy the old lady 2) Who will you call? Hauntbusters! 3) Dinner for the winner, winner! ???? 4) Adorable ???? 5) Our individual ????.”
